
Returns Policy
At Barney's Pet Supplies, we aim to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Faulty Goods
- If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as intended, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
2. Distance Selling
- For online, mail, and phone order sales, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
3. Non-Faulty Returns
- If you change your mind, we offer a goodwill returns policy. You can return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that this is not a legal requirement and is subject to our discretion and subject to proof of purchase.
4. Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in this condition.
5. Proof of Purchase
- Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement, when returning an item.
6. Costs of Return
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items. If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage.
7. Repair or Replacement
- If you accept an item but later discover a fault, we will repair or replace it within six months of purchase.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
- Customers have the right to free repairs or replacements for faulty goods, regardless of whether they have a warranty or guarantee. This right is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
